SPL Life Sciences provides high quality 384 HT Plates for high throughput research laboratories. Fluorescence и luminescence assays have been successfully tested with SPL 384 HT Plates, results featuring high signal with low background.
 
▫ White планшеты : maximum reflection и minimum cross-talk for luminescence assay.
▫ Black планшеты  : minimum light scattering и cross-talk during fluorescence assay.
▫ Maxibinding: Modified polystyrene surface for a higher binding capacity forproteins и other 
                     molecules with both hydrophilic и hydrophobic regions, such as immunoglobulins.
                     (Recommended for most ELISA экспериментs)
▫ Unibinding : This polystyrene surface is suitable for adsorption of hydrophobic molecules.
                       (Antigen ELISA)
